Exchange and Returns

We understand that sometimes our products may not match your expectations. But don’t worry; it is our commitment to make the exchange & return process easy and hassle-free for you. To that extent, we ensure refunds on returns and exchanges are smoothly executed within a 15-day window.


STEP 1: Not Happy with your product? No problem. You can initiate a return by communicating with us via any one of the following channels within 7 days of receiving the product:

Please mention your reason for refund in the communication. This will empower us to serve you better in the future

STEP 2: How to return the piece? The product return logistics can be done in two ways:

a) Customer ships the product: You can directly ship the product to us and we will refund the shipping charges. Refund on return shipping charges will be limited to INR 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower

b) Customer requests for a pick up: You can send in a request and we will arrange for a pick up from the same address the product was shipped to

STEP 3: What next? Well, we inspect the product before refunding your amount/providing gift vouchers. And voila, we are done! Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once it is confirmed that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will either replace your product or give you a gift voucher for the same amount (whatever you opt for). In case you do not want to opt for the gift voucher for the amount of refund or the exchange product, such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the product. If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account respectively*


a) We refund only to customers in India

b) If you cancel order before products are shipped, entire money will be refunded within 7 business days

c) Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

d) Refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods

e) Let us know if you lose the refund form, we will send one to your registered email id

f) Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by to check on reflection of funds in your account
